Ques :- Are you hours a day sufficient for me in a day ?
Reply :- Yeah, off course.
Everyone ever in existence, no matter he/she has created the history or not, no matter how successful he/she is, has got 24 hours a day. But still some people do a lot of stuffs in life or you can say are very successful, on the other side some people just exist, don't live their life, think that they are weak and incapable to do anything, then what's the thing that makes the difference ? The thing is "How you utilize that time".
Imagine what will be left, if you remove all the empty spaces from this universe. I think the whole universe will be approx of the same size as a football. Same is the case with time management, if you remove all the little time wastes out of your routine, you will be left with a lot of time that you can use in some constructive purposes.
I had a question in my mind that what is life ? I tried to answer it mathematically, that life is just a time duration between birth and death. Then another question arose in my mind that what is that thing which determines the quality/standard of the life ? I came out to be an awesome reply which is also some kind of mathematical that life is a time duration, so if I improve the quality/standard of this time, then obviously life's standard will be raised. Then I took a specific time unit of day on which I should focus to settle down everything. And that can be done if you follow a very constructive routine everyday.
So as a whole, your daily routine determines the standard of your life, just raise it and everything will be improved.
Some things that I want to suggest that you should include in your routine :
There are 3 components of health that I'm listing down :
a. Physical component : To maintain this component of health, you need to exercise daily. I don't mean to exercise that you've to work out very hard like an athlete or sportsperson. I mean is just to do some simple exercise daily that you can say Yoga, walking, running, or you can play any outdoor sports that you like to play. This will boost up your self-confidence and you'll find several positive changes in your life with regards to self-confidence, physical health, sickness, lazy, getting bored.
Believe me guys ! It will make you ROCK in the life.
b.) Mental component : I strongly believe that whatever you're is only because of your mind. Exercising your mind is very very necessary to achieve your goals in life, to make you feel awesome through various stages of the life.
c.) Spiritual component : I've my own reflections towards this component. Spirituality doesn't mean leaving the materialistic world and just pay your full attention in the God, MOKSH etc.
It is possible that a person who has left the materialistic world and still he/she is not spiritual at all. And also it's possible that a person living in the materialistic world is obsessed with great spirituality.
Ques.:- What is the greatest factor that helps me to manage everything and keeps me on the track.

Everyday after my dinner about 8 O'Clock in the evening, I go to take tea at the shop which is about 800m away from my the place where I stay. In the meanwhile time, I talk to myself for about an hour. I ask myself some questions :
"Am I going right ?"
"Am I fulfilling all my responsibilities ?"
"What I've done today for my dreams?"
"Is there any such thing that I need to change/accept/leave ?"
Some such questions which will reveal my reality, and the best thing about this whole procedure is that :
no one can lie to these questions when asked to self, by self and the audience is also only self , and
can't hide anything that you're not doing well but you need to , and
you're what you really are , and
you're always true to yourself at this time.
