Exceptions to Law of Mass Action?

It may sounds kind of stupid, but this days I got a doubt:does exist a reaction where you increase the concentration of reagents and the velocity of reaction decreases? Is there some kind of strange exception in chemistry like that or another important exception that you guys could quote?
