# Brillian^2 - I want to pay for it and I can't

Guys, it seems impossible to reach your team, therefore I'm writing it here.

I want to pay for B^2 but I'm having issues with stripe.

Who can help me?

Hi @Fabio Fonseca -- what seems to be the issue with Stripe?

Staff - 2 years, 6 months ago

@Silas Hundt When paying with a brazilian issued credit card (international) the transaction is converted to BRL, which is prohibited in Brazil. You must charge all brazilians in USD. According to our banking laws international transactions should be done in the country's own currency.

is that clear? Just turn off conversion for BRL :D

Hi Fabio, we just enabled it so that Brazilian members are being charged USD, let me know if this clears up your issues with stripe. We are keen to find out whether this better serves our Brazilian members.
