Conjugate complex numbers property

Main post link -> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Complex_conjugate

If \(f(x)\) is a holomorphic function whose restriction to the real numbers is real-valued, and is defined, then \(f(\overline{z})=\overline{f(z)}\), where z is any complex number.

How to prove this?
