# Help regarding Brilliant Squared upgradation

I don't know whether I should post it here but yesterday I tried upgrading to B^2 and the dialog box even showed a tick mark and then said that "the card was declined".But still I cannot understand why this is happening...Can anyone help???

We are aware of this issue, and are working on it. Brilliant does not determine if a card is rejected, it is the underlying service provider that handles transactions. We are racing to add other payment options that will make it simpler to upgrade, and those should be coming within the next month or so.

In the meantime, we've noticed that debit cards are much more likely than credit cards to get declined.

That's all the information that we have now—sorry I can't provide better news :/
