How can I post a solution?

I never posted a solution neither I was offered to do so .I am using it since Feb 2013 but I never got a chance to post solution to a question.How can I do so?Can anybody help me?

I don't know well but it seems to me that you have to get the right answer yourself before you are enabled to post a solution. Hope it helps!
