I think there isn't enough information to be able to solve this problem. We need probability distribution function to know about the probability of getting 2 calls in following 2 minutes.

By Poisson distribution \( \lambda = 8 \) calls per two minutes.

So the answer on 1. is

\( P(X < 2) =0.003019\)

The answer on 2. is \( 4 \) (average number of calls in any minute is \( 4 \)).
