If a ball of mass 5g is dropped from 1km above the earths surface upon a man"s head . The man will get hurt . but he gets hurt due to force or momentum or velocity of the ball ?

I think due to momentum because Force remains constant i.e F = ma F = 5/1000 x 10 F = 0.05 N which remains same during the free fall , but momentum increases with the increasing velocity
