i think yes because if we ran in light speed around a big mass like earth so time travel is possible.

But there is least possible way by which we can travel any where near to speed of light.

Scientists have made a machine called Cern in which sub atomic particle move nearer to the speed of light.I think,scientists will make such a machine in which we can travel nearer to the speed of light
