Is zero to the power of zero definable?

$$0^0$$ = 1 appreciates the limit of dominated influence of unequal's index of zero.

General does not imply specific, specific cannot be general. $$0^0$$ cannot be $$\displaystyle \frac 00$$ but assigned as 1 directly.
