Is zero to the power of zero definable?

\(0^0\) = 1 appreciates the limit of dominated influence of unequal's index of zero.

General does not imply specific, specific cannot be general. \(0^0\) cannot be \(\displaystyle \frac 00\) but assigned as 1 directly.
