Level on Problems

I am still curious about 'what puts a level on a problem?'

My some of the problems don't have any level, from a long time.

Can anyone help me on this. May be I don't know to use some of the features in Brilliant. May be there is somewhere the feature to Level problems while posting.

Help me out here please.

No , the number of attempts and the number of solvers decided the problem's level

Ok. so if peoples don't attempt the problem then it would have no level?
