Logic Word Problem #3: implication in variable ranges

Hello, fellow Brillianters

Am I right to conclude that \(-4 \le x \le 22 \implies x \ge a\) means intersection of \(x \ge -4\) and \(x \le 22\) and \(x < a\) must be \(\emptyset \)?
