This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

• Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
• Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
• Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.

@Lorenz W., @Jeff Giff, @Elijah L - Your prizes will be custom-made, and its your choice, whether you want a themed certificate, help with programming a game, or anything that I can try to do in my free time :)

Oh, thank you for the offer, but I don't need anything special. Nevertheless thank you for organising the contest. Otherwise I wouldn't have learned how to program in Python. ;)

Oh, did it end? I did not get the time to write the last three solutions. Is it possible yet?

Sorry, it has ended, but you can still post solutions and get scores for it, only they won't count anymore. All participants will also get participation prizes, and winners will get prizes. but I'm thinking of what virtual prize is nice......................... @Mahdi Raza

Ugh... I literally forgot posting the solutions for 4,5,6 and 7. Why didn't I do that earlier?! Nevermind, congratulations to the winners!

Oh! Ok, I actually had a feeling you would win, because you had near perfect scores for Problems-1,2, and 3. But then I saw that you didn't post for the other problems, so I thought you were busy, with your school and stuff. Nvm, Nobody posted a solution for the 6th Problem, 50 points lost LOL

# Winner prizes are coming soon...................
