# Members of Brilliant Converge on Southern California...

Brilliant.org has nominated several members to attend Adventures of the Mind, where they will embrace new experiences and meet lots of interesting characters. We were honored to nominate these problem solvers who are now braving Los Angeles:

Keep up with their adventures in this set of notes where they will regale us with tales of their experience.

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

• Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
• Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
• Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.

@Ritvik Choudhary! I didn't know you live in Udaipur! Dude I visited there for like 2 days, and it was amazing! I had tea at the palace thing, and heard bagpipers bagpiping. I celebrated New Years at a hotel there. 'Tis a small world after all! I've also been to Jaipur, Dehli, Agra, Jodhpur, Ranthambhore, Osian, Bundi, Chittogarth, and a bunch more! :D

Eh I probably won't be going back. We had friends in Delhi, which is why we went in the first place. But maybe!

The camp has started, great! I hope the members are having fun! Must be a great experience meeting each other in LA. I'm waiting for them to post their experiences in Brilliant. :)

I wanted to go there pretty badly, but didn't get selected. :(

Why didn't you get selected? That's a bit odd.

- 6 years, 7 months ago

I guess because the members who were selected deserve this opportunity more than I do.
