Mystic Quadrilateral

There's a convex quadrilateral \(ABCD\), it is known that the area of this quadrilateral is 32, and \(AB+CD+AC=16\), find all the possible values of \(BD\).

Anyone know how to solve this?

(This problem is taken from an olympiad book, the given answer is \(8\sqrt2\).)
