$$\frac{7,000,000}{1,000} = 7,000$$, which means he will take 7,000 minutes to spend them all, or approximately $$\frac{7,000}{60} = 116\frac{40}{60}$$, or 116 hours, 40 minutes, reduced to 4 days, 20 hours and 40 minutes.
