New formula decrypted

I found the sum to the infinite series 1+ 2^p/2!+3^p/3!+4^p/4!+⋯=B(p+1)e, where B(n) represents the nth Bell Number.

The Bell Numbers can also be represented as the sum of the row of give triangle 1 1 2 1 3 1 1 7 6 1 1 15 25 10 1 1 31 90 65 15 1 and so on. The pattern is simple with the exception of first 3 rows.
