# New Wikis Are Here!

I've just added 2 more wikis. They are -

Also, one thing more I would like to add here is that some of the wikis like Gamma Functions, Beta Functions, Digamma Function, etc, are a part of my multiple summations wiki. I encourage all users to read about them before proceeding to learn about multiple summations. I'll make a wiki on multiple summations as soon as I finish writing wikis on basic techniques and advanced problem solving techniques.

Hope you have a good time reading these.

Thanks.

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

• Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
• Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
• Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
• Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

We're badly in need of a "multiple integerals" subtopic in Calculus. These writeups will be extremely helpful in filling out those pages :)

Staff - 6 years, 3 months ago

Sir @Calvin Lin , I'll definitely cover up the Calculus section. Next, I'll be writing a wiki(s) on Multiple Integrals, Integration Techniques, Riemann Sums and Definite Integrals and more.

I also wanted to ask, if Brilliant supports, can I add wikis about Web Techniques and Technologies like HTML, CSS, JS and also, some other computing techniques and skills (for instance, programming in Mathematica) . I can definitely write wikis on them (once my JEE Advanced exams finishes)? Because I wish to spread the knowledge of Computer Science and motivate every student to take it up as a necessary skill.

Another thing , I would like to tell is that, I replied to your email a couple of days ago. I am informing about it here, just because I need some additional details (I've mentioned all about it in my email). So can you please have a look?

I replied with what I know. More details will be available in the coming weeks.

Staff - 6 years, 3 months ago

Yes, I've read the email.

A huge $\huge \text{thanks}$ to you and the Brilliant Team.

- 6 years, 3 months ago

Congrats Kishlaya on becoming a mod ^_^

- 6 years, 3 months ago

No no, I didn't become a moderator. I guess, you won't mind telling me that, what made you think so?

- 6 years, 3 months ago

You didn't become one , oh , too bad for B'ant .

Actually you get emails from the B'ant staff if you made a mistake on B'ant (like I got once in my early days) or if you become a mod .

It's highly unlikely that you'll ever make a mistake so I guessed that your efforts have finally been recognised by the staff .

Btw , I know that you'll become a mod one day and I'll be the first one to commend you for that :)

- 6 years, 3 months ago

No, the email is for a different cause, it is neither regarding mod nor informing me about some mistake. You'll shortly come to know about it. ;)

Btw, which mistake are you talking about? I never got any such email(s).

Also, looking at your enormous number of contributions and activity on Brilliant, I would rather commend you and prefer that they choose you before me.

- 6 years, 3 months ago

Ok , I'll be expecting some really good news then , since you are involved :)

Actually it wasn't a big mistake , just a small one .

In one of my questions (which has been) deleted now , I had added the tag :#Logic to a calc question which could be solved by logic itself , and I got an email asking me not to add tags which aren't relevant to the question ! Why would you receive any such email ? Your questions are all top-class .

Frankly , it's not the number of wiki contribution that makes a man great , it's the intelligence that he possesses that does it , right ? And everyone knows that it's you who's more brainier than the both of us . And I could say the same, I'll always suggest your name to the staff (if we are ever asked) =)
