Not able to understand a concept please help

if \(f(x) = 0\) and \(g(x) = 0\) are two polynomial equation having some common root(s)

is/are also the root(s) of \(h(x) = af(x) + bg(x) = 0\)

I think using simple distributive property we can unite both f(x) and g(x) as they both have common root as their factor Yohanes Alfredo · 2 years ago
