If there is a notification system like facebook then it will be cool . If anyone contribute a problem to brilliant, after some days he get email from brilliant website about his contributed problem, but if there is notification system then we will get notifications and I think it's better than email . I can give another example :
If new comments on a discussion are submitted then we get email but notifications are better than email .Some days ago the Hunger Games Tournament started and we got email about it but if we got notification it would be easier to receive that news. So, brilliant should enrich these systems .
If we have any question about brilliant website which is not in FAQ , why we need to do that through email. If there is a system in brilliant where we can directly ask question to brilliant from this website then it will be better than this.
I have seen that , a man has threated brilliant comity to deactivate his account otherwise he will say the answers of number theory problems in level \(5\) and level \(4\). For deactivation we also depend on email but if there is a deactivation option in account settings then we will not to depend on email .So, I think brilliant comity will take steps about these facts to enrich their website.
