Hi Swapnil, i think you should use the SOF books itself, along with IIT foundation and sample tests. You should also improve your calculation speed.

By IMO, are you referring to the one by the SOF foundation? Most of the questions they give require speed not skill. I haven't given the olympiads by the SOF foundation fora long time, but the books they sold were pretty good. You can also use the brilliant wikis for maths.
