Hello friends on Brilliant!
I've been thinking, for quite some time now, of making a resource database which is meant specifically for obtaining resources which can be used for physics and chemistry olympiad. I'm thinking of making two separate databases which will contain these resources, one for physics and one for chem. The purpose of these databases is for all of us to share resources which are relevant to olympiad content set at IChO, IPhO and APhO. That is, the maximum difficulty of the content has to be at the level of the aforementioned international olympiads.
The database will have three main components; Notes, Problems/Problem Books and Discussions.
So, for example, one might go to these databases (I'm thinking Google Drive since it is pretty easy to do discussions there) and browse through the various Notes and Problems/Problem Books that people have contributed to them. They might also want to create a new document where they can dynamically discuss what they need to clarify, without having to wait for long.
I would absolutely love it if a lot of people could contribute to this because it really is quite a good thing for us to make accessible to students around the world who are preparing for the olympiads and don't really know where to start. I've attached (or at least, tried to) images of just some of the resources that i already have in my possession, relating to physics, chemistry and math. I do want to expand it out as much as possible and so, I do need people to support this and also be willing to contribute actively to this.
I'm already ready to create these databases and will do it once there is enough support for them :D. Again, there is absolutely no need for us to keep our resources to ourselves, we can share them with others and still win medals at our respective olympiads :)
