# Proofathon Trigonometry and Complex Numbers

Hello Proofathoners and Brilliantitians alike!

The Trigonometry and Complex Numbers contest has started. Check it out at proofathon.org. We have a great set of problems in store, and my personal favorite is Problem 8. These problems were made by fellow Brilliantitians like Sreejato Bhattacharya, Logan Dymond, Nicolae Sapoval, and Pi Han Goh.

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:
