I'm not sure if this is the best place for this type of question, but support @ brilliant.org hasn't answered my e-mails, so I figure I'd give it a shot.
Over a month ago, I ordered a brilliant lanyard (level 4) and to this day, it has yet to come. I understand the lanyards get shipped out every two weeks, but this seems like a long time for delivery, or is this just normal? (If it helps, the colours hadn't changed when I ordered my lanyard, level 4 was green, not purple, so maybe the change in colour had something to do with lanyards.) I'm not sure where else I can address this problem, so can anyone help me here?
