Road is not levelled on sharp bends. Why

Centripetal acceleration tends to want to push the car outside of the bend. On sharp bends, the inner part of the bend should be lower so that some of the centripetal acceleration goes into fighting the normal force of the road on the car. Robert Melville · 2 years, 8 months ago
