Schrodinger's Cat

This is a note on quantum physics and a mysterious question.

There is a cat that is being held in a bunker which contains unstable gunpowder which has 50% chance of blowing up. Normally, when you have enough cats, bunkers and gunpowder, you can actually see that there is a 50% fatality rate. But, according to quantum physics, the cat is in a superposition of being alive and dead at the same time. It is the act of us looking that lets the laws of nature to fall on the cat, thus either killing it or letting it live. Weird, huh?

This leads us to a certain question. Who is watching us so these laws fall on us?
