can u tell me the meaning of csc(x)

cosec(x) in India and csc(x) in outside India.

Nothing like that; that 0 is natural number here and not there. csc is a universally accepted(probably) shorthand of cosec. Like writing tangent, cosine, or cosecant isn't wrong.
