Hello! I am Swapnil Das and am a current ninth grader. I do adore Mathematics and Physics and want to become a theoretical physicist and Master Challenger in Mathematics. Feel Free to share your feelings and if possible ( and I would recommend!) Math olympiad Problems here. They would serve as a great topic for discussion! Cheers!

TopNewestThat's great to hear that you want to become a Theoretical Physicist and Master Challenger in Mathematics. I wish you "All the best !" for that.

But I wanna ask you that what inspires you to choose this as your Goals of the life at such a young age.

Well, einstein is my real inspiration. Also Ramanujan and Calvin Sir in the field of mathematics. As a 7th grader 2 years ago, I could solve the problems of class 11 physics and class 9 Mathematics. But the only weakness, I don't go to coaching!Log in to reply

I want to become a theoretical physicist because I really love physics, its my life. And also I want to complete the work of the man in my profile pic. I want to build the Grand Unified Field Theory and contribute to string theory. A master Challenger in mathematics because , again, Mathematics is my life, and my language. I like problems which make me mad. There's a very little difference, really, from the profile pic and the real me! And Sir, U are also my inspiration!Log in to reply

What efforts shall I put which would make me a good Physicist? I have started learning Calculus , Can I do something else in advance? @Rohit Gupta – Swapnil Das · 1 year, 4 months ago

calculus and vectors are the backbone of Newtonian physics. That you must learn..!! with that you can start learning a little of trigonometry coordinates curve sketching and then in physics you can learn about kinematics and laws of motion and energy, if you enter 11 with knowledge these concepts xi xii will be a piece of cake for you....Log in to reply

Have people around you mocked at you by calling you as 'bookworm' or something related to that? If yes, how have you managed to deal with such situations? – Manish Dash · 1 year, 6 months ago

Never ever listen to what other ppl say..!! They are simply jealous or they don't know the worth of what you are doing.. if you wanna listen to someone, listen to your parents and teachers as they are the only ones who always will think to benefit you in all regards with pure heart and be happy with your success..!!Log in to reply
