The card was declined @Brilliant Community.

I don't know why,but when I wanted to upgrade with $$Brilliant^{2}$$ ,there's this problem I faced.I have a photo attached about what's the problem? Can you shed some light for me in this problem?

I just tried paying for a subscription using my dad's credit but it was declined 4 times. He called the credit card company (Chase) and they had no record of it. In their words: "It is not us". Can I pay using PayPal instead? Any ideas? Thanks, Lucas · 2 years, 6 months ago

Hi I have the same problem here. I'm from Morocco and I get the message "This card was declined" when I enter the informations. I have payed with this card in coursera and some other foreing countries without any problems. If you could help me with this issue. Thank you :) · 2 years, 11 months ago

Hi Vaibhav - I am sorry to hear that your card was declined. Usually, this means that your bank's automated system has decided that the charge looks suspicious, and has decided to decline it. It's possible that this is happening because we are a company based in the United States, and you typically only make purchases in India with that card. The way to resolve this issue is 1) ask your bank to accept future charges to Brilliant, or 2) try a different card.

Please feel free to email me with questions if you try either of the above and continue to have trouble. We are also working on adding more payment options for India that are more compatible with the Indian banking system, but it may take a month or two for us to implement it.
