Area of a triangle (one even and one odd length): b2\frac{b}{2} ×h \times h or b×b \times h2\frac{h}{2}

Example 11:

b=8b = 8

h=9h = 9

Method 11 (Normal):

8×9=72÷2=368 \times 9 = 72 \div 2 = 36

Method 22 (Mine):

82\frac{8}{2} ×9=4×9=36\times 9 = 4 \times 9 = 36

Example 22:

b=7b = 7

h=2h = 2

Method 11 (Normal):

7×2=14÷2=77 \times 2 = 14 \div 2 = 7

Method 22 (Mine):

7×7 \times 22=7×1=7\frac{2}{2} = 7 \times 1 = 7

b/2 x h is the same old triangle area formula. I'm seeing a lot of these notes that are pretty redundant lately.

Nice! Just remember when working out don't say 89 = 72/2 cause that means 89=36!
