I click "Send verification", but the mail doen not come.. What happen?

The first thing to try is to go into your account settings tab. It is in the drop down menu in the upper right corner of the screen. Click on the "email" tab of the account settings menu and verify that your correct email address is entered in our system. If the correct email is in our system, and you still do not receive an email when you click the send verification button, then let me know and we will investigate what is broken.
