This question was asked by one of my friend's - simple but witty

Suppose you are a cab driver. A renowned professor of mathematics enters the car and he wants him to be dropped home. It is a 10 km journey for which he promises to pay 30 dollars. The speed of the car is 40 km/hr, the number plate of the car shows FB-2/02/1999 { hypothetical } . Since it was a long journey, to relieve him from boredom he asked the driver about his particulars. He asked the cab driver his birthday for which he hesitated. The professor decided to find it himself by using the limited information he has of the driver. What is the birthday of the cab driver ?
