Find the sum of all the roots of the following equation:

4x2+x3=2 \LARGE { 4x }^{ 2} + { x } - 3 = 2

Write the sum in the form of a simplified fraction ab\frac { a }{ b }

[If the sum is 2, write it as 21\frac { 2 }{ 1 } ]

[If the sum is 42\frac { 4 }{ 2 } , write it as 21\frac { 2 }{ 1 }

Write your answer as |a+b|.
