If $$\cos A = \sin B = - \frac{1}{3}$$ and $$\frac{\pi}{2} < A < \pi$$, $$\pi < B < \frac{3\pi}{2}$$, find (to 3 decimal places)

$\frac{ \tan A + \tan B}{\tan A - \tan B }.$
