The velocity of a particle moving along \(x\)-axis is given by \({v}^{2} = \alpha x-\beta{x}^{3} \) where \(x\) is in meters and \(\alpha\) and \(\beta\) are constants. \(v(x=2)=0 m/s\) and \(a(x=2)= - 8 m/{s}^{2}\) .
Find \(\alpha + \beta\)
