Let \(A\) be the sum of squares of the reciprocals of all natural numbers and let \(B\) be the sum of squares of reciprocals of all odd natural numbers. If \(\frac {A}{B}\) can be expressed as \(\frac{x}{y}\) where \(x\) and \(y\) are coprime natural numbers, find \(x+y\).
