Given that \(a,b,c,d\) belongs to positive integers and \({ a }^{ 5 }={ b }^{ 4 } \) and \({ c }^{ 3 }={ d }^{ 2 }\) and \(c-a=19\).Then find the numerical value of \(d-b\).
