There are \(3\) people in the running for class monitor-- Riji Boo, Ashy Boo and Susie Boo. Riji Boo won \(40\)% of the votes. Given that no one was allows to vote more than once, what is the sum of the number of votes Ashy Boo could have possibly garnered?

Details and Assumptions

\(1.\) If Ashy Boo could have garnered either \(1,2,3\) votes, then the sum of the number of votes he could possibly have garnered is \(6\).

\(2.\) The number of votes cannot be negative.
