A brilliant year

Consider a system in which \(73\) balls are attached to a point each suspended by similar strings and each string of length \(l = 17 m\) separated from its adjacent string by an angle \(\theta = 1 \text{radian}\). Each ball is charged with \(q = 2 C\). Find the mass of the ball(each has the same mass) such that the system remains in equilibrium.

Give your answer as the integer nearest to \(\text{a}\) such that \(\text{a} = \text{m}*(1.57*{10}^{-7})\).

Note: You can use computer aid for calculations at the end.
