Let \(a,b\) be positive integers. Let \(-a,x,a\) and \(-b,y,-a\) be two geometric progressions.

If \(\dfrac{y}{x}\) can be expressed as \(\dfrac{i\sqrt{b a}}{p}\),where \(i^2=-1\), then find the value of \(p\).
