A particle travels around the limaçon \(r=3+2cos\theta\) with a constant angular velocity of \(2\frac{rad}{sec}\), that is, \(\frac{d\theta}{dt}=2\). If \(r\) is expressed in feet, find \(v\) and \(a\) at the instant when \(\theta=\frac{1}{2}\pi\).
