We have a two digit number $$\overline{AB}$$. If

$( \overline{AB})^{2} = (20 \times A \times B) + 425$

Calculate the value of $$A+B$$

Note:-Here $$\overline{AB}$$ means a two digit number as oppose to multiplication $$A \times B$$
