Blowing Bubbles

John is blowing bubbles from point \(P\) which is \(1\) m above the ground. Then a bubble travels along the path \(P \to Q \to R,\) where it lands and bursts. The distance of the path \(P\to Q\) and that of \(Q\to R\) are the same, which is \(1.5\) m. The time taken flying each of those two paths is also the same, which is \(2\) seconds. What are the magnitude of the average speed and the magnitude of the average velocity, respectively, of the bubble traveling from \(P\) to \(R?\)
