Bowers' Arrays I

Number Theory Level pending

Most Bowers' Arrays are immeasurably huge when evaluated, but some are within the bounds of comprehensibility. One of these moderately-sized arrays is \(\{ 3,3,2\}\). Evaluate this array.

Note: Bowers' Arrays are a fairly obscure notation. An explanation of them can be found here.
