\(P\) be a point such that \({P{P_{1}}}^{2} + {P{P_{2}}}^{2} + ... + {P{P_{5}}}^{2} = k\) where \(P_{r}\) is point with co-ordinates \((r,{r}^{2})\). Find the least value of \(k\) for which such point \(P\) exists.
