Circular Motion #10

The angular velocity of a particle performing circular motion is \(\omega \ \hat{i}\).

\(\omega \) varies with time according to the following equation:

\[ \omega = - \sin \left( \pi t + \frac{\pi}{3} \right) \]

If the particle moves in a circle of radius \( \pi \), what is the total distance traversed by the particle from \( t = 0 \) to \( t = 5 \) ?
