A small bob hangs in the vertical plane from a fixed point using a light inextensible rigid rod of length \( l \). Let the minimum horizontal velocity that the bob should be given so that it moves in a complete circle be \(v_{min}\).

If \( v_{min}\) can be written as \(\sqrt{ A g l} \) where \( g \) is the gravitational field, find the value of the constant \(A\).
