Don't Try Counting one by one

Suppose we have a regular \(28\)-gon, and we want to make a decagon (\(10\)-gon) inside this polygon by joining vertices of this \(28\)-gon such that no side of decagon and \(28\)-gon should be common.

Find the number of such decagons possible.


This can be solved by many ways.Try to find out the shorter and elegant solution.
