**digit supreme** if it is divisible by some natural number \(n\), and it's repeated digit sum is \(n\). Find the percentage of numbers below 100, which are digit supreme numbers. Give answer to two decimal places. Repeated digit sum is the continuous application of digits sums, until a constant number is reached.
