  • Add aq. KOH\text{aq. }\ce{KOH} (excess)
  • Then add HBr\ce{HBr} ( 1 equivalent ).
  • Add alc. KOH\text{alc. }\ce{KOH}
  • Now add Dilute HX2SOX4 \ce{H2SO4} .
  • Add periodate and consider the product with more number of Carbons.
  • Add LiAlHX4\ce{LiAlH4}
  • Now add HX+\ce{H^+} at 170°C.
  • Add BrX2\ce{Br2} .
  • Add NaNHX2 \ce{NaNH2} .
  • Add Ni(CN)X2 \ce{Ni(CN)2} .

Molecular Mass of the product is A A.

Aromaticity of the product is B B .
